Reluctant Victor

Tihana of Sabatia, General of the Western Marches, watches her brother’s last stronghold burn at the Battle of Auricoma in 7085 H.C. The civil war had boiled-over three years prior when differing #political factions began looking at the other as subhuman. Words and street art over time had escalated to violence, genocide, and eventual civil war. The war was long, brutal, but she was glad that the Empire could be saved, even at great personal cost. But it all could have been avoided if people had just tried to understand the views of the other side. #art #fantasyart #fantasy #currentevents #digitalart #digitalpainting #portrait #new #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #campaign
