“Don’t Let Your Enemies Become Friends” – I created this last night, and it took most of the night to #render but it turned out okay. The idea started out as the death of the #demon #queen in the background but quickly focused on the #aftermath of any #fight – especially when the former baddie turns good and pays for it dearly. It can also be about #partners I guess, and losing them, which was my runner-up title. #digitalart #digitalpainting #vampires (the former enemy) #art #new – although I just realized it’s similar to something else I created, but who cares! Telekinesis Too – the second of my #artwork from yesterday. “The Sword of Ashtoreth” – created as some #dnd #folklore for my world, #ashtoreth is the old Hebrew word for #astoreth who is one of the male lords of hell, who interestingly enough is traced back to #astarte of Phonecia, #ishtar of Babylon and #inanna of the Sumerian religions, respectively, all of whom are women and far older than Christianity. Nothing like demonizing ones past, eh? Anywho, I turned that irony into this yawn-art, which took the morning to render. “Elemental” – I sat down this morning to #create another piece of yawn #art and think I did a little better than that. The story? Your mind can fill it in, I just wanted a #happy scene of a sorceress hitching a ride. I didn’t want another vapid #beauty to be the focus because, well, when one relies on looks, all the other cool skills one could have to make them really beautiful remain underdeveloped, so the choice of her assets is deliberate. I played a lot with size shrinkage and enlargement to create the illusion of height. Other than that?
