For generations they had hunted and exterminated them, through violence or chemical warfare. Violently, they had oppressed those who, at their core, merely wanted to see their children grow up in peace and darkness. But they had risen up, evolved technology to fight the giants. There would be no quarter, the giants would be treated as they had since the two species first met. It was time for revolution.
“She woke up, disoriented, confused. The last thing she remembered was driving down that dark country road, probably too fast, when the deer came out of nowhere. In that last moment, she recalled her body was not made to go through a windshield. Now, here she was, the floor was cold, wet, full of water. Picking herself up, she looked around, the strangeness of her surroundings hiding in the dim light. Her entire body hurt except her arm, it was strangely numb. She looked at it, and the panic set in, the unusual metal didn’t belong on a body. Then, from above, she heard movement. Looking up, she froze in terror as the alien being came into view, it’s limbs reaching for her. With a flash of blue light the alien finished its work, activating the cybernetics in the limb.”
There was a moral in there somewhere. Originally, this digital artwork started as a beach scene, but there’s too many of those. There’s not enough alien appreciation out there.
TJ and Jimmy had been cruising all night looking for the means to their next high. As they crossed Southside and Lewis, into a dangerous area commonly referred to as the ‘hunting grounds’, due to the immense levels of crime in the area, they suddenly saw her. The snow-bunny, as they called white girls, was walking alone. “She stupid,” Jimmy said, grabbing the gun and jumping out of the still moving car. “Yo baby, hold-up,” he said closing the distance. She stopped, the still of the grave in the air around her. “Alright, give me your stuff and… Wait! What’s wrong with your eyes?” She smiled, it would be an easy meal tonight. #new #digital #artwork #everyday #modern #life with #vampires and #hoodlums
They don’t exist, she giggled, telling her friend of the #ritual she had performed the night before. Then, she looked in her #coffee and saw the reflection… #art #digital #horror #october #halloween
UnDental – based on a thought I had staring at the ceiling in the middle of the night. “What happens if a #vampire gets a toothache? Do #dentists dread night shifts? It’s much safer to put them under for #dental work. #halloween #toothy #gothic #digitalart #ordinary #horrorart
The last 24 hours #artwork is done #rendering – I like this one because it reminds me of a #vampire in a movie. Plus, I was able to show her #fangs without her looking silly. #digitalart for #october and #halloween
Gracefully, like a cat after it’s prey, she glided about the darkened rooms. She could hear the beating of his heart and smell the richness of his blood; she knew exactly where he was hiding. As she walked around the ancient, magnificently carved dining table, she smiled. “There you are, Father,” she said gently, “Don’t fret, your friend were quite the feast and I honestly couldn’t drink another drop.” He was fervently muttering the Vade retro satana sweat pouring from his brow. “Come now,” she cajoled “We all know your faith in the cross is not that strong, you’re a man, after all.” She looked towards the window, the last rays of the sun were setting on the day. “We’ve all night together, so, as they say in your canon, ‘Let us play’,” adding subconsciously, “with our food.”
I like creating the story, then the visual representation of it. It’s not a form of art per se, combining writing with art, but it passes the time.
Idle Hands – Part 2. This was the figure in the background from part 1 yesterday. As I was zooming around the science fixing this and that, I was particularly intrigued and satisfied with this #portrait of #madness #evil and #possession by unholy forces. These forces were called up after a bored girl goes rooting around in the basement and finds an old book of #magic in a trunk. Part 1 gives the ultimate result in this case. Stay in school, don’t mis-pronounce things, kids. #art #artwork #horror #digitalart
Idle Hands, part one of two. I watch a lot of #crime / #murder documentaries, as well as #horror movies… don’t worry, I’m perfectly normal. This #digital #artwork started as a scene I saw in this show about the Blackout Ripper in London during WW2, but I later watched a bad horror movie about a mother and daughters relationship. A + B = #art – so, why the title? Lots of kids have lots of time on their hands during this pandemic, so it’s probably a good idea to watch them lest they get into an old trunk in the basement. Part 2 follows tomorrow, focusing on the figure in the background. #digitalart #dark #summoning #ritual #magic
Men generally take the majority of credit for an #abusiverelationship but there is a silent group of men who are #survivors of not necessarily physical, but rather #mentally and #emotionally #abusive #relationships – this #artwork is a representation of what it’s like for these men. So, assuming you’re over the bad boy phase, if you meet a nice guy who is super-skittish about being involved with you, odds are it was because he’s met a master of these #manipulation skills in the past. Patience, determination, and love can overcome though. #digitalart #digital #art #psychology
A reoccurring theme in my #artwork is temptation. This is a combination of a pose I saw in passing and one of my favorite movies, the #witch so I #created a take on the #temptation by #blackphillip – post rendering it was pixelated due to the the #lowlight and it was #dark so I had to boost it using the phone. Hopefully it doesn’t take anything away, Phil was supposed to be barely visible. Anywho, #art #digital #portrait #good v #evil
The Beholder. First thing that popped into my mind when I sat down to #create is really a continuation of yesterday’s #art in #miniature – here we have a twist on the saying #beauty is in the #eye of the #beholder – the beholder being #nano #bots – it’s also because one of the coolest things one can #artistically produce is the #iris – a world unto itself. I guess the scene is #horror at first glance, unless you take into account the #ants may just be admiring nature’s wonders as we humans do a placid lake or landscape. #digitalart #digitalartist #new #humanscape #closeup
