Dreamfeather

A colorful Dreamfeather painting depicts an owl in flight with wings spread wide. Vivid hues of pink, purple, yellow, and blue blend to create a bright, eye-catching portrayal. The background shows a dark, nature-inspired setting with hints of green foliage and abstract patterns.
Dreamfeather

I wanted to share a slice of the enchanted world I see with every brushstroke. This owl isn’t just an animal to me; it’s a dear guide, a friend leading us on a journey through vibrant landscapes of color and light. I’ve poured my heart into every hue, hoping to capture the warmth and wisdom that this gentle spirit embodies. When you look into its eyes, I hope you feel the same sense of connection and comfort that I do — like meeting an old friend who whispers tales of the forest and the stars. This piece is an invitation to walk alongside me in a world where every wingbeat is a melody and every color tells a story. Welcome to the journey!

YouTube because somehow the video wouldn’t upload here. It will open in a separate tab.

Nature – Victim

So I throw all these words out to explain my #art but really, it comes down to mood as the #artwork progresses. This was first focused on #hair – I am not apologetic for objectifying luscious locks – then it moved into the #goth #vampire realm ( #notsorry ) and then setting back into #nature (which I love) – I’ll let you figure out how vampires are #victims and apply that to the damage humans are doing to our madre de #nature. I really shouldn’t even bother with trying to explain it, but for my three fans I will sacrifice :). I mean, it’s not like an influencer like Waagen is going to come along in 250 years and hawk my stuff to wealthy Parisians, while calling it emblematic of the American Golden Age to make a buck. But I digress. Hope you enjoy it.

Stages

A triptych as my last digital artwork. I’ve run out of ideas and must find something else. The three paintings explore nothing, and maybe have some intrinsic meaning, but in my current state, I got nothing. I think the most fun part was exploring camera techniques, playing with blades, lens thickness and f/stop. Anywho, without further ado….

Part One – Human

Part II – Angel

Part III – Goddess

Part IV – Fade to black

It’s a triptych, there is no part four 🙂

Waiting for the Bluebell

The Bluebell is a tree that blooms only once in a 1000 years, it’s bioluminescent flowers both fragrant and beautiful. The sentient tree is shy, however, and pulls its azure petals in tightly when gazed upon, so one must trick it by using a mirror or camera to view it.

Learning to Fly

Humans don’t think the animal world gets along, but that’s just what they want us to think since we’re the most violent species on the planet. Here, a hidden photo, smuggled at great lengths, shows crows attempting to convey the experience of flight to mice. Don’t hate, one day I will be gone and the value of this digital painting will double, to approximately 0.00 cents. But, if it made you smile it’s value will be infinite.

Space Age Art Song

This doodle was inspired by Flock of Seagulls’ ‘Space Age Love Song’ from 1982, and Bumbu rum. The first stanza is, like, “I saw your eyes, and you made me smile, for a little while, I was falling in love.” I interpreted it into this fan art / original piece. I’ve said before I’m unapologetic about artwork involving eyes, as they are the very cliche ‘windows to the soul’. I’ll shut up now and let it speak for itself.
